I was born in Rwanda and grew up in Uganda as a refugee for 35 years. I married Odette Ndahigwa and we have 9 children. I hold a Diploma in theology for Mwanza Bible College in Tanzania. I was ordained in 1984, and served as a pastor in the Pentecostal Assembles of God in Tanzania. I joined the Uganda United Pentecostal churches, and served as regional overseer in Mbarara District. In 1994, I returned to Rwanda and I joined Eglise Vivante (Living Church) and I serve as senior pastor at Eglise Vivante Nyarugunga and as Vice Legal Representative. I have planted 24 churches in Rwanda. When Dr. Arthur and Molly Rouner introduced the Pilgrim Center in Rwanda, under African Revival Ministries, I served as director of operations. Soon after, I began serving as Country Director of Pilgrim Center for Reconciliation in Rwanda. I am also a country representative of Pan African Missionary Association (PAMA), and a member of their international board.
